
So, I'm not officially trying macro greens for the first time, but I decided I better get on it since our interns are too. I've
recently restarted using them yesterday. This time with the recommended half water/half apple juice, which makes them taste great. So two days down-already less sweet cravings which is exactly what I need. My goal is to finish my large container and decrease my sweet cravings. My nutrition is key to my performance!
